Some things are easier when we don't have to do them alone. These gatherings are open to anyone who feels the pull — whether you are in therapy, curious about healing, or simply looking for a place to breathe alongside others. They are low-pressure, held in real places, and led with the same care you'd find in a session.
Join Irma Guerrero-Ali, LMFTS — who specializes in walk-and-talk therapy and holistic healing — for a gently guided walk through nature, paired with real conversation and connection along the way. We'll weave in simple mindfulness and grounding practices that ease stress and invite a little more clarity into your day; no experience or background needed, just a willingness to be present. This is a safe, supportive space to simply be, and past walkers have found it lifts their mood, eases anxiety, and reconnects them with themselves and others. It's free and open to adults, with just 8 spots available.
Save your spot — I'll send details by email.
Irma is leading relaxed, guided nature walks throughout the afternoon as part of Jubilee's free "Reset" wellness day — woven into a bigger community gathering that also includes yoga, a power & pulse class, zumba, a tea station, a fresh juice bar, chair massages, and guided meditations. As the sun goes down, the day closes with a community floating lantern release at dusk. It's free and open to everyone, hosted right at Jubilee's model homes in Hockley.
Come exhale in the middle of your week with Irma, Kifferie, Bhawna, and Jessica for an evening built around three gentle practices: a slow nature walk as the light softens, ear acupuncture to settle the nervous system, and a closing sound bath to let it all melt away. No experience needed — just come as you are and let the evening carry you. Reconnect. Reset. Restore.
If none of these gatherings land at the right time, reach out and let me know — I keep a quiet list of people who want to be notified when something new is added. You are also always welcome to get in touch simply to ask what is coming.
